What we built and what changed.

Six systems in production. Some for clients, some our own. Every figure is a count.

Membership and events

A 24-chapter membership organization

A regional networking organization with about 9,000 members, 24 chapters and a paid events calendar was running its website and CRM on a departing contractor’s servers, with a hard shutoff date three weeks out.

We rebuilt the back office on a modern CMS with a single database, migrated 8,590 members, 1,245 companies, 2,651 registrations and 16,313 consent records with exact-count gates, moved DNS to infrastructure the client controls, and cut over on schedule with every flow live, including paid registration. Since then: an email program with idempotent send ledgers, live door check-in that writes attendance straight to the CRM, and chapter reporting leadership uses weekly.
